The peptide tracker that
does your dose math.
Bo turns vial size and water into exact syringe units, reminds you when the next shot is due, rotates your injection sites and shows estimated GLP-1 levels between doses. Log it in three seconds and move on.
Set up once, log in seconds
Three steps between opening the box and never re-doing the math again.
-
1
Add your vial
Enter the milligrams, the water you added and the syringe you use. Bo shows the units for your dose and warns if it will not fit.
-
2
Log the shot
Drag the syringe to your units, tap the spot on the body map, done. Weekly pens get a next-dose countdown on the Lock Screen.
-
3
Bo keeps the rest
Reminders, streak, estimated levels between doses and a PDF for your doctor. Everything stays on your phone.
Everything your protocol needs
One friendly app for the whole routine. No spreadsheets, no guesswork.
Reconstitution calculator
Vial mg ÷ BAC water → live mg per unit, every dose. Five syringe types, including U-40 and mL-only.

Injection-site rotation
Tap-anywhere body map remembers every site so tissue gets time to recover between shots.

Weekly pens and vials you mix yourself
Most trackers pick one. Bo keeps a GLP-1 pen and a research peptide in the same log.
On a GLP-1 medication
Weekly schedule with a late-dose window, next-shot countdown, estimated levels between doses and a food score for every meal.
Ozempic · Wegovy · Mounjaro · Zepbound · Retatrutide
Running a peptide protocol
Reconstitution math for every vial, daily reminders, site rotation that copes with two injections a day, and half-life data for BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, ipamorelin and 34 more.

Questions people ask before installing
Is Bo free?
Bo is free to download. The reconstitution calculator, estimated medication levels, injection-site map, widgets and the doctor PDF are free; dose logging, AI meal scanning and Ask Bo chat need a Premium subscription. Try the free calculator →
Does Bo work with Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound?
Yes. Bo knows the weekly schedule for semaglutide and tirzepatide, reminds you when the next shot is due, and draws an estimated-levels curve from your logged doses using the half-lives on the FDA labels. Bo for Ozempic and Wegovy →
How does the peptide reconstitution calculator work?
Vial milligrams divided by bacteriostatic water millilitres gives the concentration. Your dose divided by that concentration gives the volume, and volume times 100 is the number on a U-100 syringe. Bo supports all five common syringe types and warns when a dose will not fit. How to reconstitute a peptide →
What are estimated levels?
A curve of how much medication is likely still in your body between doses, calculated from your own log and the published half-life of each compound. The numbers are population averages, so treat the curve as a guide to timing, not a lab result. GLP-1 half-life chart with sources →
How does injection-site rotation tracking work?
Tap where you injected on a body map and Bo drops a pin. The map shows which spots you used recently so you can pick one that has had time to recover. It works for weekly GLP-1 pens and for daily peptide injections. Injection-site rotation guide →
Is my data private?
Your peptide library and dose history stay on your device. There is no account and no sign-up. Only a meal photo or an Ask Bo question is sent to a server, and only when you use those features. Bo does not sync to iCloud yet, so back up your phone. Privacy policy →
Is there an Android version?
No. Bo runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later. There is no Android or web app. Get Bo on the App Store →
Can I export my history for my doctor?
Yes, and it is free. One tap in Analytics builds a PDF with every dose, its site and notes, plus weight and nutrition trends, ready to share before an appointment. What a good dose log contains →
Is Bo medical advice?
No. Bo is a tracking and calculation tool. It never suggests a compound or a dose, and the half-life data on this site links to the FDA label or study it came from so you can check it yourself. Who builds Bo and the editorial rules →
How is Bo different from Shotsy or MeAgain?
Those apps are built around branded GLP-1 pens and do not advertise a reconstitution calculator. Bo covers both the weekly pen and the vial you mix yourself, in one log, with estimated levels for 38 compounds. Compare GLP-1 and peptide tracker apps →
