Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, tap Bo, then "Cancel Subscription".

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open Bo → Settings → "Restore purchases".

Is my data backed up?

Bo stores your peptide library and dose logs locally on your device. They are included in your iCloud device backup if you have one enabled in iOS Settings.

I'm not receiving notifications

Check Settings → Notifications → Bo on iOS. Also confirm your reminder time inside Bo → Settings → Reminders.

Can I export my dose history?

Export is on the roadmap. Email us if this is a blocker for you and we'll prioritise.
